Short Term
Services include, but are not limited to:
Basic Monthly Charges
-Our basic monthly Management fee $175
-NO call out charges 9AM - 6PM ($35 out of these hours)
-NO charge for guest pre-arrival check
-No Charge for post departure check
Some Management companies may charge a smaller monthly fee, BUT CHECK THEIR "EXTRAS" !

Our initial fee is $300 and includes:

-Property inspection
-Pictures and posting
-Advertisement
​If rented, we will coordinate the transition on your behalf​If not rented, we may suggest updates to your property to prepare it for rental​​​Management:​​
Our basic monthly fee is only $150 and includes:
-Collecting and processing rent
-Communicating with tenant
-Monthly inspectionCoordinating repairs
-Responding to emergency maintenance calls
-Items/costs required to maintain or repair property are the responsibility of home owner​
If we are to include payment of monthly bills, an amount of $1000 is to be maintained in our escrow account for your property
