It is equipped with a 46" LCD Cable TV, DVD and CD/Hi-Fi system. There is also free wi fi internet access available. Large Patio doors lead to the covered patio/lanai which provides welcome shading from the Florida sunshine

 

The games room comes equipped with a pool table, air hockey table, dart board and board games.

 

The pool and pool area is south facing & has no direct rear neighbours which makes the pool and deck area very private, peaceful and tranquil. There is a lovely deck area around the pool which has just recently been re-painted and comes with sun chairs and a table and chairs (should you choose to dine al fresco!) The large private screened pool area has decking, providing you with extra space to relax and enjoy the sunshine on the loungers provided. The pool can be heated at your request and has underwater lighting for night swimming.
